Home Remedies

We all grew up under grandma's watchful eyes! Headache, tiredness, fever or a bad cold… name it and she would have a quick home remedy for it. No side-effects, no fuss, no trip to the pharmacy – just a few minutes in the kitchen, to make your illness vanish. So we are making an effort to pass on these secrets to you, and all future generations. Home Remedies, prepared with the vast variety of herbs, spices and other vegetation available in India, not only help to cure diseases but also to prevent them. These remedies usually strengthen the body's mechanisms to fight diseases unlike modern medicines that often weaken the system. This is perhaps the strongest point in favour of home remedies!

If you are now enthusiastic to fight ailments the time-tested way, naturally, then this can be your guide. Here, we present a whole bunch of home remedies , from common ones like Cold, Headache, Sore Throat and Fever to others like Diabetes, Protein Deficiency and Pimples/ Acne.
