- To make multigrain healthy cracker, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
- Roll a portion of the dough into a 250 mm. (10”) x 250 mm. (10”) square using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
- Cut into 16 equal pieces using a sharp knife.
- Place them on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Repeat steps 3 to 5 to make 16 more crackers in 1 more batch.
- Cool completely and store in an air-tight container. Use as required.
