Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
  3. Roll a portion of the dough into a 250 mm. (10”) x 250 mm. (10”) rectangle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  4. Cut into 16 equal pieces using a sharp knife.
  5. Place them on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 to make 16 more crackers in 1 more batch.
  7. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container. Use as required.
