U can also use amul tin cheese but grind it with the egg or grate it.. u can also add some fine chopped capsicum
- Grind or chop the hard boil eggs finely
- Chop the onion finely
- Mix pepper, chopped onion n chopped egg properly
- Spread it on the bread
- Place the cheese sclice over it and place it in the sandwich toster till the bread is golden
