1 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1 big or 2 small onion
1 big or 2 small potatoes
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 cucumber (optional)
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 cup mixed farsan
salt / black salt (sanchal) as per taste
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
lemon juice (optional)

  1. Boil water in a vessel. add american corn to it. boil till corn is cooked. strain the water and keep the corn aside.
  2. Boil the potato. peel and cut in small cubes.
  3. Chop the onions and tomatoes finely .
  4. Grate the carrot.
  5. If using cucumber, then chop finely.,
  6. Cut corriender leaves.
  7. Take a big bowl.
  8. To it add corn, onions, tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, farsan, tomato sauce, salt, lemon juice if required, mix properly.
  9. Decorate with corriender leaves.
