The coconut and papaya smoothie is a soothing fruit drink that is ideal for a hot summer’s day! the combination of coconut milk and papaya makes this a cooling drink that is very pleasant to taste and soothes the stomach.
- Combine the coconut milk, papaya, sugar and ice-cubes in a blender and blend till smooth and froth.
- Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve chilled.

what is coconut papaya smoothie made of? Indian papaya coconut banana smoothie is made from cheap and easily available ingredients in India such as 1 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh), 2 cups chilled papaya pieces, 1 ripe banana , roughly chopped, 1/2 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak), 1 tsp lemon juice and ice cubes. In a mixer put 1 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh).
Add 2 cups chilled papaya pieces.
Add 1 ripe banana , roughly chopped.
Add 1/2 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak). Ginger and papaya make a great combination.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice
Add 10 to 12 ice cubes.
Blend till smooth.
Garnish with mint leaves.
