Nicely articulated article. however just wanted to correct the information about rasagulla/rasagolla GI status. Odisha also got GI status for rasagulla for its distinct texture and taste in 2019. here is the reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/rasgulla

Dont write anything when you dont know the truth. Bengal was givenl the GI tag for Bengali Rosogola only. Please go and check Facts.
