  1. Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic, onions, capsicum. saute for a minute.
  2. Add tomatoes, tofu and seasoning saute for a minute. ADd the coriander and mix well.
  3. Cut the pav into 2 and stuff it up with above filling and top it with spring onions whites and greens.
  4. Toast will warm.
  5. Serve hot.
