Made with corn and fresh herbs and condiments, a crispy fried snack for tea time. Goes well as a Starter too!
Method- Blend the corn in a mixer to a coarse mixture.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, shape the mixture itno small vadas and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Serve hot.
