Makes 1.5 cups


Ingredients


For The Teekha Phudina Chutney
(makes approx. 1 1/2 cups)
2 cups chopped coriander (dhania)
1 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
7 to 8 green chillies , roughly chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
3 to 4 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
1 clove
25 ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste

Method
For the teekha phudina chutney

  1. Combine all the ingredients, add ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Use as required or store in an air-tight container in deep-freezer.
