Chipotle Tofu Wraps recipe - How to make Chipotle Tofu Wraps

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

4 large flour tortillas
3 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups chopped grilled tofu
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup onion cubes
1 avocado cubes
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 red capscium cubes
1 cup hot cooked rice
1 cup grated processed cheese

To Be Mixed Together For The Chipotle Sauce
1/3 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
2/3 cup plain curds (dahi) or sour cream
11/2 tsp adobo sauce from canned chipotle chillies (or more to taste)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup tomato salsa
  1. In a large bowl toss together lettuce, tofu, tomatoes, onions, avocado, blackbeans, corn and capsicum.
  2. Add the chipotle sauce mixture and toss well to combine so that all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave oven for a few seconds.
  4. Place a tortilla on a clean dry surface, in the centre spread 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup rice and a heaping spoonful of the salad mixture and roll it up tightly and secure it with a toothpick.
  5. Repeat step 4 to make 3 more wraps.
  6. Serve immediately.

I did try. All age groups enjoyed at my place. Easy to fix. Thanks Tarla Dallas team for sharing
