  1. Wash the rice and soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
  2. Boil the milk till it reduces to 1/3rd.
  3. Add the sugar, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the rice and cook till rice is cooked and soft.
  5. Add the raisin and cashewnut.
  6. Serve it cold.
