Vanilla ice-cream served with cinnamon flavoured sugar syrup.
- Mix the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan along with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour the syrup over the ice-cream and serve immediately.
