These easy to make herbed pizza strips are great to serve with soups, they are crispy, garlicky with a tint of spice…perfect in taste and presentation.
- Place the pizza bases on a clean, dry surface, brush equal quantities of the prepared topping on both the pizza bases and spread it evenly using a spoon.
- Cut them horizontally into medium sized strips and place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 to 20 minutes or till the base is evenly brown and crisp.
- Lightly brush the hot pizza strips with a little olive oil.
- Serve hot with a soup of your choice.
