    Main procedure
  1. Mix the crushed papadis, potato, raw mango, kabuli chana, meethi soonth, green chutney and curds in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the cumin seed powder, chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
  3. Serve immediately.
