An apple a day keeps the doctor away also proves true for acidity when whipped up as a milkshake, as chilled milk is known to overcome acidity for some people.

Ingredients
Method
  1. Blend the apple and sugar in a blender to a smooth purée using a little milk.
  2. Add the cinnamon powder and milk and blend again.
  3. Pour into 4 individual glasses and top with ice-cubes.
  4. Serve immediately.
