Method


  1. Wash and drain rice and daal.
  2. Cut veggies in medium pieces.
  3. Heat oil, put heeng, jeera, mustard,curry leaves, haldi
  4. Add veggies and daal-rice and fry it for 5 min.
  5. Add water and bring it to boil.
  6. When almost done add other masalas, salt.
  7. Let it cook for 5-10 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander, khobra and lemon juice. serve hot.
