દૂધના ફાયદા, આરોગ્ય લાભો (benefits of milk, doodh, full fat milk, buffalo milk, full cream milk in Gujarati)

૧ કપ દૂધ લેખ દૈનિક ભથ્થાના 70% કેલ્શિયમની ભલામણ પૂરા પાડે છે. દૂધ મજબૂત હાડકાંને પ્રોત્સાહન આપે છે. દૂધમાં રહેલું કેલ્શિયમ દાંતના ગમ રોગ સામે તમારું રક્ષણ કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે અને તમારા જડબાના હાડકાને મજબૂત અને સ્વસ્થ રાખે છે. દૂધમાં કાર્બ્સ ઓછું હોય છે અને તેથી લોહીમાં શર્કરાનું પ્રમાણ વધતું નથી. જો કે ડાયાબિટીઝના દર્દીઓએ તેમના ડાયેટિશિયનની સલાહ મુજબ ઓછી ચરબીવાળા દૂધનો સમાવેશ કરવો જ જોઇએ જેથી રક્ત શર્કરાના સ્તરમાં કોઈ વધઘટ ન થાય. પ્રોટીન એ બીજું મુખ્ય પોષક તત્ત્વો છે જે દૂધ સમૃદ્ધ છે - એક કપમાંથી 8.6 ગ્રામ. તેથી તે પ્રોટીનના સ્તરને વધારવા માંગે છે તે દૂધ અને તેના ઉત્પાદનોમાં દહીં અને પનીર જેવા ખોરાક ઉમેરી શકે છે. એક કપ દૂધ 10 ગ્રામ કાર્બ્સ આપે છે. ઓછી ચરબીવાળા દૂધમાં ઓછી ચરબી હોય છે અને બીજા તો દૂધના સમાન જ ફાયદા હોય છે.
