5 eggs
175 gms sugar
90 gms plain flour (maida)
40 gms cocoa powder
30 gms melted butter
20 gms cornflour
1 tsp baking powder

  1. Sieve together the flour, cocoa powder, corn flour and baking powder.
  2. Place the sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs and sugar till it is light and fluffy.
  4. Carefully fold in the sieved flour into this mixture.
  5. Mix in the melted butter.
  6. Grease a bowl with an little oil and dust with flour, pour the mixture batter into this.
  7. Cook on micro high for 8 min.
