  1. To make hare chane ki chaat, heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add the hara chana, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add the chaat masala, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the green chillies and salt to taste, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Top it with coriander, onion, tomatoes, green chillies, lemon juice, sev , crushed papdis and a pinch of black salt and toss well.
  5. Serve the hare chane ki chaat immediately.
