- To make the turmeric miilk, heat the milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
- Add the turmeric powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
- Remove from the flame, add freshly ground black pepper to the milk and mix well.
- Allow it to cool slightly and add honey to the lukewarm turmeric milk and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
