Soft butter is mixed with fresh herbs like dill. Garlic and lemon juice is added too, giving it a tangy delicious flavour. A great accompaniment on the soup and salad table!
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate till use.
- Serve chilled.
Variation: garlic butter- Combine 3 tbsp of soft butter with 2 tbsp of crushed garlic (lehsun) mix well, and refrigerate till use. Serve chilled.
