3/4 cup grated low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda)
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped capsicum

2 tbsp chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

this recipe is low fat dish with lots of vegetables. Very good to taste and colourful too.
