Our refrigerator is alway loaded with watermelon during summer. Now this fruit is available very often in market also. All Family enjoys the slices with black salt or chaat masala. Ideas of combining other fruit with kalingad drinks or salads with is SUPERB. Tried the kalingad combination with coconut water, orange juice and gauva juice.... was simply lajawab. Its true that kalingad is very good source of getting hydrated especially in summer. Brilliant information given on how it beneficial for our heart, eyes, skin, BP, to pregnant woman etc. I would like to thanks for giving me various recipes for making juices and salads. Surely will try all other balance recipes also.
