Makes 4 servings
- Combine the cumin seeds, garlic, coconut, roasted gram and red chillies in a mixer to a smooth powder. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and capsicum and cook on a medium flame till the capsicum becomes soft.
- Add the grounded powder, salt and mix well.
- Serve hot.
