Ingredients
1 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into small pieces
3/4 cup low-fat paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
3/4 cup yellow capsicum cubes
3/4 cup tomato cubes

To Be Mixed Together Into A Sesame Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the salad ina bowl and toss well.
  2. Add the sesame dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
