Crunchy Salad with Curd Bread Mayonnaise is a delicious salad that is packed with the goodness of curds and walnuts, which make it a storehouse of protein and calcium. The assortment of veggies and fruits used in the salad sneak in some antioxidants and vitamin A as well.
Here, we have tried to avoid readymade mayonnaise and made an innovative alternative using curds as the main ingredient, flavoured with mustard powder and white pepper powder, and thickened with bread. This is not only healthy but awesomely tasty too! Serve this salad immediately upon tossing, in order to enjoy the exciting range of textures and flavours that it offers.
- Remove the crust from all the bread slices.
- Combine all the ingredients including the bread slices and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour. Keep aside.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Add the prepared bread mayonnaise and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
