Green Mayonnaise recipe - How to make Green Mayonnaise

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     1Makes 1.25 cups (18 tbsp )

Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped onions (optional)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

For Serving
 bread sticks
toasted bread
chips
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the coriander, parsley, green chillies, onions and lemon juice and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using little water.
  2. Transfer the paste into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and salt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled with bread sticks, toasted bread and chips.

This is a great combination of mayo along with coriander and parsley, it not only gives a great colour but also taste yum with chips...
