Lebanese Vegetables Recipes

Borek is an authentic Turkish delight. It is baked dish made by layering filo pastry and a stuffing. It is versatile and you can make stuffing with cheese, mushrooms, potatoes, vegetables, or even fruits. Here we have not used any dough and made a potato borek layered with spinach. The hint of Baharat powder enhances the flavor of the entire dish.
A delicious combination of rice and paneer mixed together and spiced with Baharat powder, enhanced with dry fruits like raisins, cashew nuts or pine nuts can be stuffed in different vegetables to make an array of dishes like Stuffed Onion Cups, Stuffed Tomato, Stuffed Zucchini.
