Ingredients

12 bread slices , lightly buttered

To Be Mixed Into A Filling
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
2 tbsp chilli sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Method
  1. Divide the filling into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
  2. Place 1 lightly buttered bread slice on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing downwards.
  3. Apple 1 portion of the prepared filling evenly over it. Sandwich it with another lightly buttered bread slice with buttered side facing downwards.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make 5 more sandwiches.
  5. Cut each sandwich diagonally into 2 and serve immediately.

I love Mayonnaise and i like sandwich also so this is very good mayo sandwich.... it is delicious...
