6 bread slices , lightly buttered
butter for brushing

To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup curds (dahi)
3/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup capsicum slices (red , yellow and green)
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
  1. Divide the stuffing into 3 equal portions and keep aside.
  2. Place a bread slice on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing upwards.
  3. Spread a portion of the stuffing evenly on it and sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered side facing downwards.
  4. Cut the sandwich diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make 2 more sandwiches.
  6. Serve immediately.
