Ingredients

1 cup uncooked rice (chawal)
100 gms french beans
100 gms carrot
100 gms capsicum
4 sticks celery (ajmoda)
1 bunch spring onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp refined oil
salt to taste
chillies in vinegar
chilli sauce to serve

Method
  1. Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Chop the leaves of the spring onions.
  3. Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add the rice,soya sauce and salt. Mix very well and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
