Soya Tikkas recipe - How to make Soya Tikkas

1 cup soaked and blended soyabeans
1/2 cup grated cauliflower
5 to 6 cloves garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp chopped ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
1 tbsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp cornflour
1 cup grated potatoes
1 tbsp raisins (kismis)
10 to 12 pita breads
10 to 12 cashewnuts (kaju)
oil for basting
red chilli paste as an accompaniment of the tikkas
lemon juice and chaat masala for garnishing

  1. Blend the soaked and blended soya beans with cauliflour,garlic,ginger,salt,amchur pd.,red chilli pd.corn flour and grated potato
  2. Add kishmish, pista and kahu. blend once again.
  3. Take out the mixture in yr hands
  4. Make small balls of this mixture.
  5. Put these balls on skewers and cook.
  6. Baste with a little oil.
  7. Serve hot with lemon juice and chaat masaala sprinkled over it ad the red chilli paste.
