  1. In a deep pan, combine the sugar with 500 ml water and boil for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the citric acid crystals, mix well and boil for more 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mango pulp, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Cool and store in a clean air-tight container and use as required.
  5. Store refrigerated.
