Is Rice Kheer healthy?
I would say that if you want to enjoy a Indian Dessert once in a while, then go don't bother looking at the health information. What does Rice Kheer comprise off or what is unhealthy in it? Milk + Condensed Milk. Stay clear of both these ingredients. For 90% of the population milk is hard to digest and best avoided. Condensed milk tastes great but its got tons of sweetness added to it.
