  1. To make jowar apple sheera, heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the jowar flour and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds, while stirring continuously using a whisk.

  3. Add 1 cup of water and raisins, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously using a whisk and trying to break the lumps.

  4. Add the apple, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.

  5. Switch off the flame, add the honey and cinnamon powder and mix well.

  6. Serve the jowar apple sheera warm garnished with almond slivers.
