- To make atta ka sheera, in a glass bowl, combine the wheat flor and ghee and mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes,while stirring every 1 minute.
- Add the sugar, cardamom powder and 3/4 cup of water and microwave on high for 2 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Mix well.
- Serve atta ka sheera hot garnished with almond slivers.
