This is a very tasty recipe. especially for those kids who don't like to have brinjals.It goes well with rice .& it's also very simple to try .

Brinjal Fry recipe - How to make Brinjal Fry

Ingredients

2 big seedless green or purple brinjals (baingan / eggplant)
oil for frying
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
Method


  1. Wash & slice the brinjals into thin round slices.
  2. Mix the turmeric & salt in plate.
  3. Take each slice of the brinjal & spread the turmeric & salt mixture on both sides & leave it for about 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil to a moderate heat & fry the brinjal slices in it.
  5. You may take it out of the frying pan & place it on a plate with a tissue on it,so that it blots the excess oil.
