Potato pudhina curry is an unique aloo or potato curry recipe with chopped mint leaves(pudhina). The boiled potatoes are cooked along with mint leaves in a delectable onion-tomato-ginger based curry with garam masala. A typical Punjabi fare with a minty twist.
- Peel the potatoes and mash them well
- Fry onions till golden brown.
- Now add pudhina n fry 4 a min
- Now add the mashed potato.add salt,chilly powder n garam masala n fry well.serve hot
