A creamy and flavorful fresh cream sandwich ,ready to be served with chilli sauce or ketchup. The vegetables are stir fried with fresh chopped cilantro or coriander and spiced up aptly before mixing with fresh cream or malai and then are placed on the bread slices. An easy and healthy sandwich recipe for all.

100 gms sliced paneer (cottage cheese)
2 bread slices
butter as required
a pinch of dried mango powder (amchur)
a pinch of chilli powder
a pinch of black salt (sanchal)
  1. Heat some butter in a pan, add the paneer and sauté along with mango powder, red chilli powder and black salt for a few minutes.
  2. Stuff the sauteed paneer in between the bread slices and toast.
  3. Serve hot.
