It is just another variation of glaze icing. Can be made quickly and used to give smooth coating over cakes, muffins, cookies and biscuits. But always spread the icing with a damp palette knife for a better finish and use the icing immediately once made.

Orange Glaze Icing recipe - How to make Orange Glaze Icing

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 0.5 cup

2 tbsp orange juice
1 3/4 cups icing sugar
3 drops orange colour
1/4 tsp orange essence
  1. Combine the orange juice and 1 tbsp of warm water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Put the icing sugar in a deep bowl, add the orange juice-warm water mixture gradually and mix very well using a whisk.
  3. Add the orange colour and orange essence and mix well.
  4. Use as required.

Orange glaze icing.. taste really good with tangy flavour, when put on top of muffins,the colour is also so bright. I just loved it.
