  1. To make orange glaze icing, combine the orange juice and 1 tbsp of warm water in a bowl.
  2. Add the orange colour and orange essence and mix well.Keep aside.
  3. Put the icing sugar in a deep bowl, add the orange juice-warm water mixture gradually and mix very well using a whisk.
  4. Use as required. Use it immediately as the mixture hardens quickly.

Orange glaze icing.. taste really good with tangy flavour, when put on top of muffins,the colour is also so bright. I just loved it.
