It is just another variation of glaze icing. Can be made quickly and used to give smooth coating over cakes, muffins, cookies and biscuits. But always spread the icing with a damp palette knife for a better finish and use the icing immediately once made.
- Combine the orange juice and 1 tbsp of warm water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Put the icing sugar in a deep bowl, add the orange juice-warm water mixture gradually and mix very well using a whisk.
- Add the orange colour and orange essence and mix well.
- Use as required.
