3/4 cup soft butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Sieve the icing sugar and keep aside.
- In a bowl, cream the butter using a wooden spoon or a spatula till it is light and smooth.
- Gradually, add the sieved icing sugar and cream till smooth using a wooden spoon or a spatula.
- Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
- Use as required.

Hi, use any unsalted butter, whichever readily available in the market.

Hi Ketaki, We have used amul butter here, if you wish you can also use unsalted butter.
