Don't reheat after grinding and cut large pieces of tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Put onions and fry till they are soft
- Add tomatoes and fry till they are soft
- Add salt and red chilly powderand turn the gas off
- Add malai to it and grind it hot with hand grinder
- Serve hot with hot toast, use it as a spread.
