This Cheese Sauce is a marvelous addition to any Pasta dish! With its gooey texture, cheesy flavour and aesthetic touch of pepper, it transforms the pasta into an exciting culinary creation.
Interestingly, it takes very little time to prepare this tasty sauce. You can even prepare it in advance and store it for a day, in an airtight container in the fridge. Since the sauce tends to thicken, add a little milk to adjust the consistency before using.
- Put the butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 10 seconds.
- Add the plain flour, mix well and microwave on high for 20 seconds, while stirring once in between after 10 seconds.
- Add the milk and cheese, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute, while stirring once in between.
- Add the salt and pepper and mix well using a whisk.
- Use as required.
