Method
- Combine the sugar, water and butter and cook over a slow flame until the sugar has melted. Remove from the fire.
 - Add the honey and the grated chocolate and whisk well.
 - Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Use as required.

Rich chocolate sauce which is off liquid consistency. I love to just have the sauce on its own as it gives me an incredible chocolate high.
