Buttered Sweet Corn, a classic snack that is now so much a part of the Indian street-food scene, is so easy to make at home! Succulent sweet corn kernels are sautéed in butter, seasoned with pepper and tinged with lemon juice to make a scrumptious snack, which is just too irresistible when had steaming hot.
The cooking time is very important in this recipe because the corn must retain a bit of its crunch, should be moderately cooked and should not become dry. So, follow the instructions perfectly and you will end up with a fabulous snack, in not more than a jiffy!

- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan.
- Add the corn, salt and pepper and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame, add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
