Apples with skin gives us fibre and vitamin c and carrots is a good source of vitamin a. . This drink is great to be had in the morning as it is very refreshing and healthy. . . Make this as close as possible to serving time. . .

Ingredients

2 cups carrot peeled and cut into thick strips
1 1/4 cups unpeeled apple wedges
1/2 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)

For Serving
4 ice-cubes

Method
  1. Add the carrots, apples and ginger a few at a time in a hopper.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the juice into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately topped with 2 ice-cubes in each glass.
