Method
    Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai
  2. When the oil is hot enough, fry the chillies till a little soft
  3. Put salt, chilli powder, dhania powder, ginger powder anf fry for some more time.
  4. Put the jaggery/gur and mix well till the gur/jaggery melts.
  5. Put the vinegar and mix for a few secs.
  6. Turn off the heat and mix in some pre- heated oil.
  7. Store in a cool dry jar and put it out in the sun for a few days.

I want to try this pickle, can I substitute gingwr powder with ginger garlic paste? Just yr opinion please. Thanks
