Hello, How two questions please, 1 - How long can I keep this for and how to store it? 2 - Can I use regular garlic or even green onions instead?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, 1. You can store this pickle in an air-tight container and put in fridge, it will lasts for 3 to 4 days.. 2. Please do not use regular garlic and spring onions, use fresh garlic which is in full season right now...
