Ingredients
1 cup fresh jalapeno roundels
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
Method
    Method
  1. Combine 1¼ cups of water, vinegar, sugar and salt and mix well and boil on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Switch off the flame, add the chillies, mix well cover it with a lid and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Cool completely and store it in an air-tight container along with the water and keep it refrigerated till use.

Can’t wait to try this. What kind of vinegar? White wine, distilled or red wine?
